– 1 Student – 6:00pm to 7:30pm (1.5hrs)
– 1 Student – 6:30pm to 8:00pm (1.5hrs)
– 1 Student – 6:00pm to 8:00pm (2hrs)
– 1 Student – 6:30pm to 8:30pm (2hrs)

Do you learn better in a 1-to-1 setting?
Perhaps you want to brush up on a particular technique.
Or maybe you have a special project, but you need some help making it.
Tuition classes are a flexible option for learning to sew as you can learn what you want at your own pace.
During the class, you have plenty of teacher attention as you are in a private setting.
The content of the classes is customised to suit you and what you want to learn or make.
How it works
Step 1. Tuition Class Registration & Payment
Register and pay for a scheduled class on the website.

Please Note:
-Tuition classes are held on weekdays or weeknights only.
-Tuesdays and Wednesdays are not available for tuition classes.
-Payments are processed online using PayPal Payment Gateway using your PayPal account, or credit card or visa debit card.
-Students must finalise registration and payment for their class at least 6 days before their class.
-This allows for payment processing, teacher preparation and student preparation.
Step 2. Tuition Class Content
We discuss what you want to make or learn during your class or classes. We can do this via email or by phone.
Step 3. Class Confirmation Email
I send a final confirmation for your class – outlining the details of the class and what needs to be brought.
Step 4. Attend Tuition
You come to your class and we go through what you want to learn
Pricing
– Classes are 1.5-hours, 2-hours or 2.5-hours long
– Classes are capped at two students to maximumise productivity in class
– Registration & full payment for a class must be received at least 6 days before class starts.
1 Student Class
– 1.5-hour classes start at $75
– 2-hour classes start at $80
– 2.5-hour classes start at $100
2 Student Class
– 1.5-hour classes start at $112.50
– 2-hour classes start at $120
– 2.5-hour classes start at $150
Included in Tuition Class:
– Use of studio sewing machine or overlocker – or bring your own.
– Use of studio equipment & tools.
Student Tuition Materials:
– Students must provide their own supplies for sewing projects – such as sewing patterns, fabric & notions etc
– If Make It Nifty supplies materials for the student it’s an additional cost
Class Timeslots
Regular tuition class times are Monday evening and Friday morning.
However, if these times don’t suit, classes may be scheduled at another time that’s convenient for both student and teacher.
Tuition classes are held on weekdays only as weekends are reserved for group classes.
